In Hitachi Energy you will be supporting global project roll out in the employees’ compensation area. You will have a unique chance to influence the business by entering a vibrant environment and to understand dynamics behind a global business, by taking a step into deep HR knowledge and learning about Hitachi Energy from organizational and future change perspectives.
Your responsibilities
- Support the whole organization in transition from one global grading methodology to a different one (from Hay to Mercer);
- Participate in job evaluations projects (includes collecting and analyzing a large number of data);
- Participate in data/system-related projects, driving and implementing required changes;
- Educate HRBPs in country, region and group level on the tools and processes;
- Assist the Group in defining and implementing standards (grading line standards, quality standards, process standards);
- Assist in global benchmark activities (salary surveys);
- Engage in different global grading projects (e.g. acquisition, integrations etc.);
- Participate in country and region audits for dedicated set of countries;
- Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers;
- Communicate information regarding global grading policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed;
- Support the Center of Expertise and the Region/Countries in audit preparations and manage relevant records.
Your background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
- Around 3 years of professional experience in the HR-C&B field, data analyst or project management;
- Advanced practical use of MS Office with extensive focus on Excel;
- Experience of Evaluating Jobs would be an asset (preferably Mercer methodology);
- Knowledge of Workday and SAP HR Module would be a strong plus;
- Highly developed analytical and communication skills, excellent customer, service and team orientation, process-oriented thinking, understanding interdependencies and attention to detail;
- High learning ability combined with high flexibility;
- High degree of personal responsibility, team-oriented with ability to work independently;
- Very good written and spoken English.
