Responsibilities:
The Global Client Services Analyst (QA) is responsible for monitoring the service levels being delivered to company's client base by the global Trading Services team. The role will involve liaising with the global Trading Services team to manage the team’s operational activities.
- Taking responsibility for service levels though monitoring CCE platform to ensure that the global Trading Services team are operating in an efficient manner at all times, across all channels
- Identify trends in service level data and allocate resources accordingly
- Increase service level adherence across all channels through utilisation of global headcount
- Manage the ongoing commitments of the global team to ensure that these do not conflict with achieving service level agreements
- Utilise analytical skills to identify key themes in data and increase efficiency through process and system enhancements
- Proactively managing global resource around periods of high-business volumes and taking necessary steps to maintain service levels
- Collating, analysing and presenting data to senior stakeholders across the business
