Global Benefits Team Coordinator is a member of Global Benefits Team in Krakow (Broking department). The team supports Global Benefit teams in other locations in the delivery of coordinated, global broking services to Aon clients.
The Team Coordinator supports service delivery by leading the team to execute its daily operations in line with the requirements of internal clients.
- Work with Aon colleagues to ensure local advice and services meet client expectations and commitments
- Management of renewal of insured employee benefits policies for Global / Regional Broking of Record (G/RBoR) clients of the Aon Global Benefits Practice
- Management of client and plan data held on Greater Insight
- Preparation of initial drafts of Pre-Renewal Strategy, Renewal Summary Reports (RSR) and annual Stewardship reports for G/RBoR clients, to facilitate the governance of client employee benefit programs;
- Provide analytical, administrative and project support to Consultants
- Monitoring current operations within the team. Managing the workload in line with SLAs by organizing, prioritizing and making effective workload allocation decisions
- Identifying issues with processes and driving a process to find and implement solutions
- Increasing the level of processing knowledge across the team
- Acting as a SME for processes and resolving issues
- Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
- Leading and coordinating projects within the team
- Making sure that the level of service is continuously improving
- Suggesting and using tools to measure improvements
- Designing, implementing and developing support materials, such as procedures and training guides/manuals
- Ensuring that all required tools and systems are available for the team and that appropriate training of new processes/systems is delivered to the team
- Backing up the team manager, if required
- Experience in employee benefits is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent knowledge of Aon tools and systems
