KION Business Services Polska is KION Group's Center of Excellence for Finance & Accounting Services. We provide advanced services within accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, payment transactions, general ledger and reporting
Your future tasks:
- Coordinating the R2R process in accordance with the schedule for the closing of the month and year,
- Managing the team of accountants supporting French KION entities,
- Planning and monitoring the work of the team, setting goals, preparing a development plan, evaluation, working time administration,
- Processing of financial documents in accordance with applicable regulations and local procedures,
- Month-end activities and reporting in the corporate system,
- Analysis and reconciliation of General Ledger account balances,
- Calculations and reconciliation of internal accounts with the other entities of the KION Group,
- Active cooperation with other SSC departments in overseeing the comprehensive process sequence for the relevant areas of the General Ledger,
- Timely reporting and analysis of financial results to the Group,
- Preparing and updating procedures,
- Participating in migration and improving processes.
Our expectations:
- You have a min. 3-4 years of experience in handling accounting processes, and you are familiar with the General Ledger accounting,
- You have about 2 years of experience in team management and setting goals,
- What makes you stand out is your knowledge of the issues related to accounting analysis and reporting,
- You can speak French and English at a minimum level of B2,
- You understand perfectly the specifics of working in an international organisation,
- You handle SAP and Excel smoothly,
- You can build good relations within the team and motivate them properly,
- You have the ability to delegate tasks and support the team in their implementation.
