GL & AP Accountant German Speaker (Transition Process)

Main accountabilities
- Maintain activities in various accounting areas (General Ledger & Accounts Payable)
- GL duties: Journal Entries posting, bank statements, accounts reconciliation, processing of fixed assets
- AP duties: invoice processing, T&E processing, vendors payments processing, IC invoices processing
- Participate in Transition process (business trip in July 2015)
- Take responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
- Identify potential quick improvements within the processes
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (AP, GL or AR area)
- Fluent German and good English skills are required
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
