GL Accountant with German

Requirements:
- Experience in accounting in SSC (min. 2 years) in General Ledger area, additionally experience in AP or AR would be an advantage
- At least bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting
- Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team
- Very good Customer Service skills and Strong customer driven focus
- Strong analytical skills
- Pro-activeness, improvements driver
- Fluent communication skills in German (written and oral), communicative English language
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile GL accounts
- Participation in month-end closing and reporting
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Monthly VAT reconciliation
- Prepare statistical reports to authorities
- Responsible for fixed assets accounting
- Secure correctness of GL postings according to IRFS and local GAAP
- Participation in process migration and knowledge transfer from German language countries
