Grafton Recruitment is supporting corporations in Krakow in recruitment process for multilingual teams working in the area of: Customer Service, Accountancy, Human Resources support.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide the service for foreign partners
- Daily contact via phone, emails and chat with vendors and Clients'
- Back office: preparation of financial report, booking invoices in the system
Requirements:
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Present fluent/ native level of German
- Communicative level of English B1/ B2
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in the team
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
