For our Client we are currently looking for ambitious candidates with excellent German skills.
As a part of a customer service team, you will be responsible for providing high-level of services for Clients. Working on this position you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of care and service to B2B Clients. On a daily basis you will support logistic process, checking the correctness of documentation as well as calculations of Customs.In your scope of responsibilities will be also reporting to direct supervisor of any deviations from agreed standards.

To be successful on this position you need to have excellent language skills. According to cross-functional projects and international scope of activities at this position you have to be fluent in German. Ideal candidate should have good communicational and multitasking skills.
