- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Headspace for Work
- Diligently maintain active engagement through Salesforce, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow ups to increase customer interest in Headspace
- Craft a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience and unique customer service
- Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your sales and interpersonal skills
- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries and help the company to execute its wellness needs
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the product
- Cold call target prospects to demonstrate product features and benefits
- Conduct “pre-call” investigative work to increase the ability to understand the customer’s current state, competition, etc.
- Achieve quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business
- Continuously source new business prospects through outbound activities and occasionally prospect on Events
- Collect market intelligence and competitive information
- Have Strong desire to be in a B2B sales position
- Possess excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Have ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle time effectively
- Write professional, succinct, and articulate emails to prospective accounts
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- You are confident and eager to consistently communicate with C-Level Executives
- You are high-energy and embody a positive attitude
- You are Team-player and go-to person
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Advanced level of English and German is a must
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably as an SDR, required
- You are eager to learn and have a deep interest in selling a B2B Product
- Experience in cold calling and new customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Interested in the Wellness and Meditation space a plus
- Office work/Full time remote
