Requirements:
- Be goal–oriented

- Have a very good command of German (min. B2/C1 level)
- Be able to speak in English (B2 level)
- Have very good communication skills and superior listening skills
- Be independent in action
Responsibilities:
- Providing the best solutions for clients’ business goals
- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients via telephone and email on a daily basis
- Processing orders set by the customers regularly
- Managing clients accounts while increasing program revenue
