The role - German Customer Advisor - Currently the y are expanding the team of German Customer Advisors team for end users of innovative software and electronics goods manufacturer. In the role you will
- Provide technical support and customer service to German customers on smart phones and other telecommunication devices
- Diagnose the issues and provide a path to resolving inquiries
- Database administration
- Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue, including online tutorials, in-store programs and help applications built into the programs.
Wymagania
Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in German + communicative level of English
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Good Organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in dynamic situations and achieve goals
