To facilitate this growth we are building an exciting team of talented and flexible individuals to help us make it happen.
Role Overview
Azimo are at an exciting stage of their life and are now looking for Customer Service Executives to join our boutique Azimo Krakow office.
With the business growing it is imperative that we get the right people into the business to help us drive forward. We will want you to do the following (and probably some other things on top of that too!):
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and work with the Operations team to resolve customer issues
- Convert new customers coming in via inbound calls, emails and social media channels
- Proactively represent Azimo online & on social media
- Work towards improving our digital products and our portfolio of partner companies
- Acquire Azimo fans!
Requirements Skills & Experience required
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and German. Additional languages would be desirable.
- A people person, happy to talk to customers and win them over
- Degree-level education
- Computer literate
- Customer focused, flexible and able to think outside of the box
- Excellent written and telephone manner
Skills & Experience preferred
- Experience of working across countries
- 1-2 years work experience in a customer facing role
- Copyediting skills
Individual
- Self-starter who is happy to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, and take responsibility for getting things done with minimal supervision
- Credible communicator with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- A good team player: someone who sees work as more than a job, wants to have fun, get involved and be part of something exciting
- Persistent, able to work under pressure and to deadlines
