The three-star Hotel Chopin is located in one of the new commercial districts of Cracow – also known as the “Florence of the North”. Due to our convenient location, the Hotel Chopin is a favourite with business travellers, as well as city tourists and tour groups. Old Town Cracow, with its many interesting sights like the medieval market square, arcaded passages and the famous Cloth Hall – not to mention the countless open-air cafés – is easily reached on foot or by tram.
For our Chopin Hotel in Cracow we are searching for a
- Responsibility over the day to day hotel operation, ensuring guest satisfaction and exceeding guest expectations
- Conduction quality controls in all hotels outlets (F&B, Rooms Division as well as back office) and optimizing the hotel standards, procedures and cost structures
- Hiring of employees, overseeing and conducting training as well as staff development together with the Head of Departments
- Preparation of the yearly budgets and sales and marketing plans
- Close cooperation with the Cluster Sales and Reservation Department
- Conducting sales calls, participating in national and international fairs and attending to top key accounts of the hotel
- Several years of experience as an hotel manager in an international hotel chain
- Very strong background in operations (eg: Rooms Division, F&B, C&B) as well as sales
- Good knowledge of the local hotel market
- Managerial skills to lead and foster our hotel team
- Solid IT knowledge
- Excellent English and Polish knowledge
