The FundSettle Client Services team is part of the FundSettle department, which is part of the Banking, Network and Investment Funds Operations and Client Services Division.
FundSettle provides a single access to 70,000 investments to our 200 client families through a network of around 1000 transfer agents. The funds market is a booming business for the Bank. Total outstanding of FundSettle has increased over the past months to break the 300 billion mark.
The FundSettle Client Services team is acting as the single entry point for the day to day phone and written operational queries from FundSettle clients. It also provides support to clients on complex investigations and escalations, trainings, contingency situations.
- You provide daily written and phone support to client for all their Investment funds related queries/problems on different topics such as transfer processing, order processing, corporate actions, dividend payments, account opening, liquidations,...
- You are 100% owner and accountable of your queries, from the receipt of the question until the final answer is given; you ensure that you have all the necessary information to revert to client.
- By doing so, you develop a broad knowledge on the Investment Funds business
- You ensure of the quality of your answers is optimal.
- You respect BOC objectives and pro-actively monitor your cases to send intermediary feedback when required
- You handle escalations from clients (and investigations) with operational teams.
- You develop client intimacy (identifying and recording client wishes) allowing for query avoidance via client education or improvement of the Fundsettle service level
- You ensure Lean principles and Continuous Improvement methodology are part of your job (raise issues to white boards, active participation, PSS,...)
- Investment funds knowledge and/or Client Service experience are not a must but a real asset
