Our client is an ever-growing Shared Service Center based in Cracow. One of the teams is responsible for processing different types of data and documents in French. Contact with customers, providing information and analysing & creating new ways of solving problems are also part of the deal.
Phone calls would take up approximately 20 % of the work time – if you do not like talking on the phone too much, but you generally likes people, this position would be perfect for you!
