BPO employs over 3400 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
The overall objective of the Financial System Manager is to manage the service effectively in such a way that the services supplied to the clients satisfy the requirements and meet contractual commitments.
The financial solutions team will be responsible for the system and data support, including power user support, user and authorization management, solutions for business IT problems, implementation and validation of data or system changes, interface and release management as well as helpdesk and end user support.
- Coordinating the process of gathering business IT requirements in collaborating with stakeholders
- Responsible for all activities relating to a client
- Team management
- Analyzing and preparing design proposal, configuration of applications, scheduling implementation and performing User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Reviewing correctness of master data and handling master data changes
- Interface management, comprising planning, forecasting and budgeting of system maintenance and attending regular update meetings
- Analyzing, solving and closing data issues in interaction with all finance domains
- Performs applicable controls
- At least 7 years working experience in respective activities
- Excellent verbal and written English;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or IT
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (proficient with MS Excel, Access)
- Experience with VBA and programming languages (ex SQL) is a plus
- Experience with ERPs/ SAP (ideally certifications), and Financial systems
- Proven people management and leadership skills, at least 12 months of relevant experience
- Strong client-facing skills, with ability to quickly establish rapport with client contacts at all levels
- Highly developed negotiating, presentation and communication skills;
