Financial Services Specialist French Speaker

Position purpose
Responsible for daily service delivery in terms of consumer finance products offered by the Client on the French market. This new line of business is related to car loans and leasing. The team members will be mainly responsible for dealing with creation, recalculation and termination of contracts as well as collections and queries resolution.
Job description
- Car loans and leasing applications processing (contract creation and funding)
- Contract amendments and termination
- Recalculation of contracts
- Collection of unpaid invoices
- Queries resolution (phone/email communication)
- Performing activities related to loan/leasing contract management
- Supporting the Team in terms of product and process knowledge
- Identifying changes and improvements to be implemented
- Training junior team members
Requirements
- Fluent knowledge of French - C1 level (written and oral communication)
- Good knowledge of English - min B1 level
- Min 1 year of experience in one of the following business areas: Finance, Accounting, Banking or Customer Service
- Knowledge of retail financing - personal loans, leasing (will be an asset)
- Knowledge of Cassiopae system (will be an asset)
