Position purpose
Responsible for daily service delivery in terms of consumer finance products offered by the Client on the French market. This new line of business is related to car loans and leasing. Financial Services Expert will be mainly responsible for dealing with creation, recalculation and termination of contracts as well as collections and queries resolution.
Job description
- Responsible for daily support of Delivery Team in terms of consumer finance products offered by the Client on the French market.
- Acting as an industry expert in terms of consumer finance (loans and leasing) area
- Supporting the Team in terms of product and process knowledge
- Acting as a Team Leader’s backup
- Training and supervision of junior team members
- Being the first line of contact for operations
- Participating in operational meetings
- Identifying changes and improvements to be implemented
Requirements
- Knowledge of retail financing - personal loans, leasing
- Seniority in Finance/Banking sector
- Experience in process/project/change management
- Knowledge of French language - B1 level (will be an asset)
- Very good English command
- Knowledge of Cassiopae system (will be an asset)
- Openness to change & knowledge sharing intention
