For our Client, an international manufacturer from automotive industry, we are currently looking for candidates willing to work on a position of a Central Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Central FP&A.
The Candidate will have to support both the analytical and reporting needs of the company and manage a team of analyst. The scope of duties includes coordination of the development of key forecast inputs in conjunction with broader FP&A organizations, development of departmental budgets, coordination of loading of plan, tie out to spending targets and consolidation of results of key metrics as well as provision of explanations on variances to expected and prior performance. What more, working on this position the Candidate will have to bear the responsibility for maintaining and enhancing standard orders, sales and backlog reporting, daily trends and key variances, maintaining and updating Key Performance Indicators, reports, analysis and summary presentation of financial performance and ad hoc reporting, if needed. The Candidate will need to identify opportunities to leverage standard system tools, develop best practices across the company and drive the right balance between customers’ requirements and standardization. Moreover, the responsibilities include recruiting, retaining and developing a team of analyst, that is effective and motivated.
A successful Candidate should have a master’s degree in finance or accounting and more than 8 years of experience in this field, at the same time having at least 4 years of financial planning and analysis experience. Furthermore, the Candidate should be characterized by the ability to navigate a large multi-national organization, manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines and be willing to work independently and “hands on”. Proven ability to recruit, train and develop staff, as well as strong communication skills both in Polish and English are required.
