Zadania:
- Ensure that financeprocesses (contractor payroll, finance billing, accounts payable, financialaccounting and other) are run to a high quality standard, in compliance with eachjurisdiction and to the timetable agreed with the Director of Finance.
- Ensure a high standard offinancial control is in place across the global business.
- Ensure tax and legalcompliance is managed effectively locally and globally.
- Identify opportunities toimprove systems, processes and people capability to drive operationalefficiency and quality of output.
- Provide direction andsupervision to finance operations team to ensure that this business criticalfunction operates to a high standard in terms of both meeting tight processingdeadlines on a weekly basis and accuracy.
- Ensure that operations arerun with the internal and external customer at the centre.
- Ensure team delight internalclients with the quality and efficiency of output.
- Develop a highly motivatedcommitted team who will go the 'extra mile' to ensure that business needs aremet.
- Provide guidance, setpriorities and ensure adequate resources are available to enable Team Leadersand Managers to effectively execute their responsibilities.
- Develop finance systems,processes and people to improve efficiency and quality of processes andfinancial control.
- Develop processes for thedissemination of knowledge within finance and across the wider AMS business inaccordance with the AMS knowledge management approach and guidelines.
- A self-starting financeprofessional with a demonstrable experience in a finance and processenvironment and a strong academic record and qualifications (ACCA, CPA or CIMAwith minimum 3 years post qualification experience).
- Experience of managing andimproving finance processes.
- Commercially minded and ableto review results analytically with a track record of initiating and achievingimprovements.
- Experience of managing projectswithin an organisation; working with other cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills to ensure the provision of clear information and advice.
- Able to communicate complexmessages clearly.
- Experience of working in a deadlinedriven environment.
