Job Vacancy: Financial and Administration Management
Location: Poland, Krakow - On-site
Contract: B2B, Full time
- Invoice collection, tracking and co-ordination
- Local payment and purchasing activities
- Contractor payment calculations, monitoring and reporting
- Purchasing
- Preparation of financial reporting
- Preparation of cash flow reports and recommendations
- Plan and organize motivational meetings for contractors
- Prepare and coordinate contracts with legal partners
- Structure contractors documents storage and retrieval
This is a financial management role and not an accounting role.
- 7+ years’ experience and a good understanding of accounting practices in Poland and cross-border issues.
- Experience with transfer pricing documentation is essential as well as experience with factoring.
- Proven qualifications such as a degree or similar in financial management or accounting
- Have experience in financial reporting, forward budgeting and cost control for a company with a group structure.
- Polish and English on minimum C1 level
- Previous work experience in IT consulting environment is highly appreciated.
- No criminal history, convictions or current proceedings of a similar nature
- Contactable references from previous projects or clients
