For our Client, international consulting company we are currently looking for candidate on position Financial Analyst in process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity through workshops and automation, process improvements
- Collaborate with client/ internal stakeholders to improve client processes
- Develop short- and long-term strategic business plans to align resources to meet future customer needs and drive superior operating results
- Support the execution of innovation projects through the operational excellence agenda
- Create a culture which supports disciplined and systematic process management; data driven decision making; continuous improvement aligned with established strategy & objectives (improvement roadmap)
- Drive continuous improvement program on assigned accounts to build employee engagement to make an impact on client's value proposition
- Drive strategic quality plan at the operational level, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure success in the deployment of operational excellence practices
- Deploy quality plan at the operational level in conjunction with the operational excellence group to provide overall quality leadership to the site
- Manage quality and lean six sigma strategy to facilitate continuous production of products consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements
- Drive rigorous metrics related to the balanced scorecard to evaluate performance and drive reduction in variability/defects in critical business processes
- Build relationship with other teams and corporate resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting will be an asset
- Very Good English
- Accounting experience within accounting in multinational companies
- Experience executing data analysis on large data sets desired
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Attention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement
- Knowledge about L6S techniques
- Good oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, and problem solving skills
- Outstanding project management skills to establish and meet deadlines
