We are a Global Reporting Team responsible for SBU BPO reporting and consolidation of all BPO worldwide entities' results. In addition we control BPO Germany and BPO France entities. We are looking for a candidate who would like to join Global BPO Reporting Team as a Reporting Specialist performing also the tasks in area of financial controlling. The person filling this position will be responsible for monthly reporting of actual and forecasts for BPO entities into Hyperion and preparing various reports based on actual and forecasted results reported by entities in BIP system.
- Participation in reporting actual and forecasted results for BPO entities in BIP and Hyperion - CG main reporting tool: P&L, FTE's, HC, AR and some other BS positions
- Controlling over quality of data reported by BPO entities in BIP and Hyperion
- Participation in period closing activities
- BPO Intra transactions reconciliation
- Preparing standard reports for Management Board based on Global BPO actual and forecasted results
- Assistance in BIP application management: creating new projects, budget types etc., updating interfaces and storing them in the T-Room, granting accesses to BIP GMT, opening and closing periods in GMT
- Other ad hoc requests
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details

- Educational background in Accounting / Finance
- 3-4 years of experience in reporting/controlling department or in accounting
- Understanding of end-to-end financial process
- Good English both spoken and written
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills
- Knowledge of Visual Basic would be an asset
