Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as Finance Support Officer.
Your challenge
As part of Philips Finance regional Hub in Łódź you will be challenged to cooperate closely with colleagues involved in different financial assignments. You will be responsible for performing wide range of administrative duties as well as supporting development and execution of financial activities within existing finance procedures and methods.
Your responsibilities
As a Finance Support Officer you will be:

Performing non-repetitive assignments that are mostly stated in general terms and that require own interpretation and some consultation from (senior) colleagues involved.

Gathering additional information required to accomplish different financial assignments.

Choosing from different possibilities how to best carry out the assignments, adapting known solutions based on experience and basic analysis.

Performing marketing, administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.

Managing internal communication with managers, employees and other Philips departments.

Coordinating the maintenance of office equipment.
Your profile

University degree in Economics related studies and / or accounting experience

Good computer literacy and experience in MS office applications (excellent command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must).

Results and action-oriented individual with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Proactiveness and ability to work independently.

Fluent English. Other European languages are welcome.
