Our Client is planning to set up global organization with its Financial Shared Services structures located in South Poland. We are looking for charismatic & inspirational finance leader to join the company on the position of FSSC Manager.
The individual will be responsible for leading the company’s operations of its captive finance shared service Center, drive change and investigate opportunities of further growth.
Working on this position you will lead the finance shared services operations ensuring the center is providing high quality and efficient transaction processing, accounting and reporting services to the businesses. Moreover you will maintain and monitor key finance operation process performance metrics and lead and drive business process continuous improvement projects. You will simplify, standardize and further centralize accounting and finance transactional activities, manage the team of up to 10 Finance Managers, as well as coordinate locally other functions. You will partner with global finance function to ensure balance sheet integrity, compliance with internal control policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP and local statutory requirements) for all activities managed by service center. You will lead the relationship and activities associated with internal and external audits of the service center, including timely resolution of any identified issues or risks. You will measure performance against established service level agreements and communicate with customers on the results. You will manage relationships with key finance and business stakeholders including responding to service delivery questions and issues. Lead the strategies and services to meet internal customer needs.
In order to be successful on this position you need to have a degree in Finance and have relevant 10+ years experience including prior experience managing a finance shared services organization, preferably also migrating new processes. Public accounting experience and/or Chartered Accountant or equivalent is desired, as well as fluency in English and ability to work in a team effectively in a highly matrixed environment. We seek process and continuous improvement oriented people with Lean/Six Sigma experience as a plus.

lifting and centralizing finance activities and leading change. He/She operates with a process oriented and
continuous improvement mindset.
- Accounting and Internal Control, candidate is capable of establishing and maintaining a sound internal
control environment through business transformation.
- Interpersonal Skills - Flexible and adaptable when dealing with ambiguity, conflicting priorities and crises
