For one of our Clients in Cracow we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of:

Finance Service Delivery Manager
Kraków

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
  • Significant experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries/ business units on similar position with client interfacing
  • Highly developed management and leadership skill
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to drive projects and improvement initiatives in Finance or HR area
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or similar is strongly required
  • Positive and problem solving attitude
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to establish all quality and operational excellence metrics and methodology in F&A and HR field for EMEA SSC (if required as well ISO standards)
  • Owns performance reporting (prepare reports for the management)
  • Monitor the quality and performance levels towards the targets and take proper actions
  • Support Business Area Finance SSC Managers and HR Delivery Lead on a day-to-day basis to meet the decided objectives, targets and metrics for the unit
  • Maintain Service Level Agreement
  • Ensure delivery according to customer and process requirements (SLA)
  • Establish and maintain professional and successful long-term relations with key stakeholders in all Business Areas stakeholders/Clients
  • Maintain high Business satisfaction rating
  • Support and tight cooperation with EMEA Transition Project Manager during migration and transition processes
  • Drive implementation of system and process changes, playing a key role in continuous improvement projects, lead lean initiative as well as acting as expert in solving complex delivery issues
  • Drive benchmark of SSC processes and systems towards market solutions and share the knowledge and best practices within SSC
  • Take care about proper scope of SSC (drive SSC scope fine-tuning actions if necessary)
  • Take part in building new Shared Service Center
  • Member of EMEA Shared Service Management Team
