Our Finance organization is currently looking for Department Assistant with Polish and English who could join the Philips CEE Finance organization with location Warsaw, Poland.
Description
The Department Assistant will manage all administrative and logistics duties and will support the Finance team in 40% of the time and the Management team in the other 60% of time.
Your responsibilities:
- Performing administrative duties
- Organizing business travels, arranging meetings, coordinating calendars and agendas
- Supporting internal document management process
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Cooperating with external service providers for the company
- Operational support provided to Finance departments
We are looking for people with:
- Fluent English is a must
- University degree or studies in progress (preferably in Finance/Accounting/Administration)
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
- Minimum 1 year experience in office administration
- Excellent time management and daily tasks prioritization
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability (required for full time working hours)
- Initiative, independence and high level of accuracy in performing assigned tasks
