Your role

- coordinate and collect functional updates on workforce strategy data, programs and financials
- analyze headcount movements, discuss findings with global partners and senior managers
- evaluate and mitigate risks, adhering to the financial targets
- develop and implement business-wide action plans and key initiatives to drive the business forward
- answer ad-hoc business queries
Your team
You’ll be working in the Finance Business Management team based in Krakow Business Park. Among our broad portfolio of activities, we manage workforce and financial analysis, reporting, policy compliance, project and risk management, general administration. The team consists of highly skilled specialists who work alongside our global colleagues in a challenging and rapidly changing environment.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- experience within the business services industry
- business analysis or project management experience
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- a can-do attitude
- good MS Office skills
You are:
- motivated, self-directed and driven
- an excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation skills
- a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
- organized, you make lists and get things checked off
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
