For our Client, a global financial services leader, we are looking for Graduates and financial services Professionals to join booming business of investment Funds.
While working as F&B Operations Specialist you will be part of complex but exciting and involving business, which requires a very good analytical approach, interest to learn and to understand the fund/financial market and its main players.
Successful Candidate will be responsible for contract note collection for orders on behalf of transfer agents through different channels (as swift, fax…); input of contract information, updating clients and agent contact to resolve queries; processing and placing client orders with Transfer Agents and on European markets through cross border settlement systems of our Client. The role will also involve monitoring of the lifecycle of orders; managing cash payments on redemptions, control report preparation, daily follow up of missing contract notes split by local market. This position will also require establishing and maintaining a good relationship with Transfer Agents and clients and stakeholders both internally and externally.
To be a Successful Candidate you must be a fluent English speaker and hold a University Degree (we will consider graduates of both finance and non-finance related fields) and have 1+ of operational experience in finance sector. Funds industry experience will be an asset. Candidates should be available to work full time and be flexible in terms of working hours (shifts moving from 8 am till 8 pm). We are looking for detail-oriented, accurate and responsible individuals who are genuine team-players and also work efficiently on their own. Ideal candidate should enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment, manage to handle different volumes of work, take initiative to improve the process or solve problems and be creative.
