Finance and Accounting Process Specialist /

Transition phase:
- Develop an understanding of the current state processes
- Perform RTR, OTC and PTP daily tasks on site initially in legacy systems
- Validate the existing procedures and test new solutions
- Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the OTC, RTR and PTP area
- Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
- Establish very good relationship with the client
Delivery phase:
- Research and resolve dispute cases
- Conduct variance analysis and research claims
- Process incoming payments, offsets, reversals and other requests
- Reconcile AR cash balances
- Perform Customer Master Data and Order Processing tasks
- Perform other AR duties
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
Candidate's profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting
- Experience in OTC, RTR and PTP will be an asset
- Fluent Norwegian or Swedish
- Very good English skills
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Transition experience will be an advantage
