Currently we are looking for candidates, who are ready to travel to European countries and take active part in the GPM transition and later on join the Delivery Team. The scope involved covers the following processes: Vendor Master Data, Invoice processing, Payments preparation, AP Reporting, Vendor queries.
- Creation of GPM process documentation
- Conduct successful knowledge transfer to delivery team
- Establish very good relationship with the client
- Transition duration: 3-4 weeks
- Work closely with TL to train and support the team
- Deliver AP activities as described above
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
- Daily contact with vendors and the client via e-mail/phone
- Fluent German/French/Spanish
- Good knowledge of English
- Understanding and experience in AP
- Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
- Ability to analyze end to end processes
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in writing procedures
- Flexibility, with an ability to adapt to changing schedule of tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge
- Readiness to travel
- GPM alignment understanding will be an asset
