Finance Analyst

Scope of duties:
- Calculate Agency account accruals and submit for journal upload
- Provide monthly analysis and commentary on all Client agency accounts
- Ensure full audit trail of all financial transactions including SOX compliance requirements
- Prepare CBRE billing for Labour, Passthrough, Projects and all other CBRE work in compliance with contract commercials
- Calculate quarterly Pass Through reconciliation
- Review open POs in CBRE FMP system and Client's own system.
- Produce Regional reporting pack and review with Ops Lead
- Improve accuracy of regional forecast
- Review Site savings initiatives and validate for accuracy
- Analyse remaining months' outlook and improve accuracy of forecast numbers
- Ensure the Facility site managers on the account are adhering to company internal financial policies at all times
- Optimise CBRE cash flow & ensure credit control (TWC) targets are met
- Be a visible pro-active member of the Client account.
- Performing ad hoc requests related to RES & Workplace Division.
Requirements:
- Part qualified / qualified accountant. Strong technical, financial control and accounting skills
- Fluency in English
- General knowledge of Financial systems used in CBRE (Oracle, FMIS) and SOX requirements
- Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills essential including pivot tables and graphs.
- Excellent communication skills, a team player
- Ability to work to clearly defined deadlines.
- Multi-task on projects to meet deadlines, attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervisions when appropriated, and
- effectively in a complex environment
