Finance & Accounting Process Specialist in Project Management Office

Main accountabilities
- Monthly closing and analysis of financial results
- Accounts reconciliations
- Invoicing (Preparing set of data to be invoiced, raising request for invoice, monitoring/chasing of Purchase Orders)
- Monitoring & updating various trackers.
- Handling ad hoc queries & reports.
- Resolving complex queries and handles sensitive individual cases within PMO process.
- Ensuring process is controlled according to the agreed procedures.
- Maintaining permanent contact with Engagement Managers and Portfolio Leads
- Making decisions within broadly defined parameters.
- Maintaining a proactive working attitude towards the client.
- Delivering a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s and ensuring these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with the client.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the finance area, preferable Controlling/Finance Analysis/GL;
- Fluent English (both written and spoken);
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is a must;
- Master degree in Controlling/Finance or Economics would be an important asset;
- Ability to work under pressure and to stick to the deadlines;
- Strong time & task management;
- Capability of prioritizing in order to meet strict deadlines;
- Good communication skills,
- ‘Can-do’ attitude.
