Job description
We are looking for candidate, who is ready to be a part of transition team and is willing to go abroad for 4-6 weeks. The chosen candidate will be involved in the following processes: Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets, Accounts Reconciliation, Month End Closure, and Financial Reporting.
Main accountabilities
- Maintain RTR scope as described above
- Take responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
- Identify potential quick improvements within the processes
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
- Support Team Leader
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in RTR is required
- Very good German skills and good English skills are required
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with GPM alignment will be an asset
