Job description
- Customer service provided on the phone and e-mail
- Correct and timely investigation and distribution of queries and issues
- Audit of financial data
- Processing and retention of paper documentation
Candidate’s profile
- Good knowledge of Czech (B1 level)
- Good knowledge of English
- Good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package
- Attention to details and perfect communication skills
- Knowledge of other foreign languages and customer service experience would be an asset
