FileNet Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Design and build business applications using the IBM FileNet P8 platform
- Responsible for development part or all of a technical solution, in accordance with an approved techncial design
- Understand a broad spectrum of technology in order to provide part or all of a detailed technical design
- Provide FileNet-based architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for development existing applications
- Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains
- Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future FileNet implementation/maintanance goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience implementing complex applications and systems is required
- Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects is required
- Experience with IBM FileNet P8 platform is required
- Experience with IBM Case Manager is required
- Experience with common integration methods, such as message queues, web services, and API calls is required
- Must be ready to travel to Netherlands two weeks a month
- Must be able to communicate effective (verbally and in writing) and to present complex issues with assurance and confidence
- Must be able to lead status/technical meetings with clients
- Must be able to produce clear and concise documentation - including requirements documents, design specs, status reports, system documentation, and emails
- Previous technology consulting experience preferred
- Must have proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes
- Must be skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities
- Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is expected
