Capita Poland’s Krakow Business Centre was established in late 2011. We are a multi-disciplinary business process outsourcing centre set up by the Capita Group Plc. Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Working with Capita Translation and Interpreting’s Commercial Services Department in the UK the successful candidate will be will be a reference point for the handling of technical file types and to pre- and post- process these files; trouble shooting any issues as they arise and testing translated files for integrity.

Handling enquiries on project issues related to technical file types or technical issues on standard file types

Dealing with file engineering queries during the quotation process

If tasked to, be required to manage other file engineers and be responsible for the quality of service delivered by that team to internal customers

Take responsibility for the pre and post processing of technical files types so that project managers and others are able to work with the translatable text

Maintain good communication with the sales and project management teams to keep them informed about any issues you have with the task in hand, or any delays in getting the relevant information to them or into the systems

Keep abreast of the benefits of different software tools available for translation and software localisation

Thorough knowledge of desktop publishing software

Knowledge of Translation Industry is an asset
