Field Support Technician

Job description:
- Support first and second level support teams (incident management) in the event of workarounds or troubleshooting in the customer environment.
- Setup, integration and parameter definition of applications new releases.
- Support and maintain business processes and/or technical (especially solutions) in FIS applications.
- Responsibility for IT service management considering ITIL service and process standards.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics,
- Finance, Banking or the equivalent combination of education,
- training, or work experience,
- Experience in application support.
- Experience in finance and/or banking sector will be an asset.
- IT knowledge- preferably some developer skills.
- Strong customer-orientation and communication skills.
- Team player with excellent analytical skills and a results-driven and quality-oriented work ethic.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad.
- Good English.
- Very good German.
