For our Client, a leading international supplier of packaging and packing technology located in the Netherlands in Eindhoven area, we are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer.
As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for the on- site installation, implementation of production lines, maintenance and repairs of packing machinery. You will diagnose technical malfunctions, suggest solutions via helpdesk and travel to the client's production site to perform repairs. It will be your role to ensure the customer's satisfaction through advising the preventive maintenance practices which will promote top machine performance. You will also act as an internal resource in prototype development, implementation and optimization of customer's production lines.
The perfect candidate should have a significant experience in machine maintenance and a strong background in mechanics, mechanical engineering or automatic control. As a large part of your duties will focus on supporting international clients you must be ready to travel intensively, also abroad. The candidates are expected to have a very good command of 2 foreign languages - English, and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian.
