We are seeking to fill an opening for a Predictive Maintenance Field Technician/Engineer for our European Operations.

Opis stanowiska
A Field Technician/Engineer uses a variety of diagnostic instruments to aid in gathering equipment data.
The work does not require much of an experience in that field, which is a subject to training. However technical background and understanding of engineering is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Work safely in and around operating equipment ina plant environment. Report correct unsafe acts and conditions.
- Perform field inspections and collect, temperature, vibration, and operating data on plant process and utility equipment.
- Perform field inspections and collect oil samples from plant process and utility equipment.
- Collect electrical component readings using data collection equipment
- Network with other service and analysis personnel to share knowledge and information.
- Follow all Safety Procedures and Policies.
- Follow all Work Procedures and Policies.
- The position requires travel from, and may average 15 work days away from home per month. (Average 75% travel per month; travel across the EU countries - by air/train/car)
Wymagania
- Good command of English is a must - German would be a considerable advantage
- Valid and clean Driver's License.
- Candidates must also be physically able to climb 4 m of ladders from time to time, navigate small corridors on occasion, and work in extreme environments from time to time including outdoor environments exposed to the elements.
- Candidates should not be afraid of heights as the job requires accessing machinery located in high, exposed places from time to time.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Organized, self-motivated, proactive, and creative.
- Self starter who is able to manage time and responsibilities. This is generally an un-supervised position, so self-motivation and dedication to completing tasks is a must.
- Candidate should be comfortable flying to job locations as well as driving long distances.
- Candidate must be able to travel with short notice from time to time, and be available for some scheduled weekend jobs
