As the Facility Manager at Polpharma Biologics you will be responsible to ensure that everything in our office space is working properly. You would be as well responsible for the cooperation with contractors such as food, cleaning or security services and the surrounding of the employee and creating the budget and negotiate contracts.
- Management of real estate, space around buildings (parking spaces, green areas, etc.), including responsibility for building inspections and property insurance;
- Participating in building the structures of the facility administration department.
- Developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures;
- Creating a budget, optimization and monitoring of costs related to building administration;
- Negotiating high-budget contracts;
- Managing periodic repairs by cooperating and managing the work of contractors,
- Supervising the external services (e.g. cleaning and building security services;
- Supporting management in ensuring the company's compliance with rules, procedures and legal regulations;
- Providing materials and equipment for the office, supervision over the maintenance of equipment;
- Cooperating with relevant state administration offices;
- Implementation and control of procedures related to environmental protection, waste management, fire regulations;
- Cooperation with maintenance engineering teams in the production part;
- Supervision of processes related to security and the company's access control system;
- Master’s degree (Business administration, operations management, information systems management or relevant will be an asset);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a position related to facility administration;
- Team management experience will be an asset;
- Experience in creating and managing high budgets;
- Experience in negotiating contract terms independently;
- Experience in space planning, workplace design and employee interaction with it,
- Vendor management experience;
- Ability to focus on the big picture and the workplace itself,
- Ability to work under time pressure and in a rapidly changing environment;
- Highly developed negotiation skills;
- Paying attention to details, safety and providing comfortable working conditions;
- Sense of aesthetics and user experience;
- Fluency in English.
