For our prestigious Client - an international real estate developer (shopping centres) we are looking for professional who would take the position of:
Currently we offer the opportunity to join a new project as an Operations Manager and take part in development phase of the Shopping Centre project and later managing the meeting place together with Centre Manager and recruited staff. The Shopping Centre Operation Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of maintenance activities for facilities within the shopping centre, to secure a safe and attractive environment for visitors, tenants and people working in the shopping centre.
- supporting the development of the Strategic Long Term Plan for the shopping centre
- recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff within facility operation,
- planning, organizing, maintaining and managing the operations and reliability of facilities and general infrastructure systems, ensuring Uninterrupted Operations
- preparing Facility Management Plan and Budget, with particular emphasis on operational cost, maintenance expenditure and capital expenditure, and executing in accordance with approval
- responsible for Inspecting Facilities for needed maintenance work and taking an active part in Reviews/Audits
- responsible for Preventative Maintenance Work efforts, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, regulations and guidelines
- responsible for the Tendering Process of service agreements
- responsible to optimize Utility Usage and increase Waste Recycle index,
- handling Tenant Requests related to technical issues, and follow up on tenant compliance with our Client’s technical/safety standards
- monitoring the Safety and Accessibility of the shopping centre and its facilities and develop work requests to address safety and accessibility issues
- responding to Emergency Situations as required.
- at least 3 years of experience in the area of facility operations
- operations, facility and technical knowledge
- university degree in Property Management, Facility Management, Engineering or Business Administration
- at least 2 years of leadership experience
- very good level of English and excellent Polish for daily cooperation
- planning and organization skills
- commercial mindset and change readiness
- high communication skills
- proactive, creative, self-driven, result oriented, mobile person (country)
- shopping centres business knowledge and experience will be an asset.
