Our Client, globally recognized company that is currently opening new SSC in Cracow is looking for Candidates to join Talent Acquisition department.

While working on this role you will be responsible for supporting Recruiters and Hiring Managers. You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process such as uploading required vacancy details for new roles onto the system, liaising with Hiring Managers to obtain any missing information and to ensure required vacancy approvals are actioned, uploading job adverts onto internal portals and external job boards as required; arranging interviews and administration. You will be also screening candidates, generating offer letters and employment contracts, managing purchase orders and invoices, supporting early talent programs, and monitoring the progress of the process.

We are looking for Candidates with excellent English and German language skills and 1-3 years’ experience in an HR function preferably in Talent Acquisition. Ideal candidate is a good team player with flexible approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service orientation and proactive way of working with a strong “can do” attitude are also required.
