X-Trade Brokers is a licensed brokerage house in the European Union, specialized in trading on OTC derivative instruments (forex, commodities, indices).
In the last few years X-Trade Brokers experienced a fast growth in Europe with offices in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Germany, Romania, France, Portugal and Hungary. Now the company is planning to focus on new markets with great potential for development. For our growing company we are currently looking for a:
- support in creating strategy of sales and marketing of financial services on international markets
- support in creation of B2B and B2C communication
- coordination of B2B and B2C activities internationally
- resolve issues in a timely manner
- supervision of partners financial and sales data
- supervision of partners marketing activities
- preparing and supervising project schedules, budgeting, monitoring of project works
- constant monitoring of competition activities
- representation of XTB towards international partners
- preparation of sales reports and marketing analyses
- good knowledge of XTB's core business, of cash and derivative financial instruments offered worldwide
- strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- ability to speak publicly, high level of soft skills, intuition in business topics such as sales, marketing and management are sought after
- ability to move certainly in an intercultural environment
- entrepreneurship, determination and eagerness to grow are important personal requirements
- willingness to travel, learn new environments and meet new people from a lot of different business background is considered necessary
- excellent knowledge of spoken and written English language is a must
- Polish language is not essential but would be an advantage
- good knowledge of Russian is required
- communicative knowledge of Ukrainian will be an advantage
- proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is required
The ideal candidate will be interested in a new challenge in a worldwide active and dynamic financial company. He should have an open character and be motivated to speed up the development of the XTB's brand strongly. He should also have at least a short work experience beforehand.
