As an organization working with a global and demanding client, we have to provide a variety of statistical, analytical and status reports to meet informational expectations of all stakeholders (both internal and external). Therefore the Reporting Manager should be primarily focused on:
Elaboration of reporting framework: systematic approach to plan and track all kind of reports provided by Delivery Center
Generation and provision of reports:
- regular external (requested by client)
- regular internal (requested by management)
- corporate (regulated by company policy)
- ad-hoc (by individual requests from any of the stakeholders)
Tracking of the contractual lifecycle events (e.g. contract creation, sign-off, changes, closure, etc.)
SLAs and Delivery Quality status tracking
- Experience working in multinational companies, preferable IT, 3+ years
- Strong experience of direct communication with client, 2+ years
- Experience working with upper/senior management
- Hands-on in data gathering, consolidation and representation
- Exposure/understanding of contractuals, SLA, invoicing processes
- Fluent English (both written and verbal), ability to effectively communicate with client
- Accuracy and analytical mindset
- Power user level experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint are the must)
