HR Background (university/internships/work)
Recruitment work experience min. 3 months
Experience in Direct Search
University degree
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Excellent organizational skills
Very good communication skills, customer orientation, eagerness to learn & develop, very good teamwork skills
