OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
Support the South-East Europe Area HR Manager and the Area Management Team in all business related activities and manage defined projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support the Area Manager in all operational and strategic issues
- Preparation of reports and presentations from the Management Information System
- Support during the budgeting and rough planning phase
- Organization of meetings and round-trips (participants, agenda, minutes, etc.)
- Participation in local and international projects
- Preparation of market studies and business cases related to acquisitions
- Assistance of the Area Manager at project coordination and project management
- Support the Area Manager in different kind of business analysis and researches (MIS, profitability, market, customer, acquisitions etc.)
- Preparing of presentations for internal and external events

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree (preferable in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or Engineering)
- 1-2 years of overall professional experience or internship in multicultural company
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional adventure: German or Italian)
- Project management skills
- MS Office on intermediate level (especially Excel, Power Point)
- Analytical thinking
- Willingness to be internationally mobile
- Good organization & strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
