Error & Reporting Analyst

The team closely cooperate with the E&O Lead (Errors & Omissions), E&O Coordinators and Benefit Administration teams across all 3 strategic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting investigations as required by the E&O Lead or E&O Coordinators
- Completion, review and issue via central print of all templated letter responses
- Issue of complaint acknowledgement letters within 2 days and the coordination of subsequent correspondence to ensure that member expectations are managed
- E&Os, breaches recording in the database
- Case target date management and case closure
- Management of the central mailbox and updating case details with correspondences received
- E&O case reconciliations to assist with the monthly Sarbanes Oxley declarations
- Achieve quality standards as defined by the E&O Lead
- Supporting and actively contributing in creation of E&O workflows
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem solving
- Ability to quickly understand processes and procedures and identify risks
- Ability to analyse processes and identify improvements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Pensions knowledge and root cause analysis experience is desirable but not compulsory
