- Perform 2nd level support for delivered systems, systems maintenance (Oracle EBS: Order Management, Supply Chain Management, finance ).
- Design and develop proactive monitoring tools for functional level application monitoring.
- Driving incident management activities especially P1/P2 type of incidents.
- Generate incident reports, analyze and provide insights on root cause, actions that needs to be taken for daily / weekly / quarterly meetings. Prepare good presentation for incident analysis, highlighting the top incidents, root causes, resolution and actions to address those.
- Guide the support engineers every day and prioritize the activities based on client's priorities.
- Provide support during releases and quarter end.
- Oracle DB and SQL background.
- PL/SQL and/or Java EE experience is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of total experience as a developer or a support specialist DBA experience not required.
- Experience on support project working for clients located globally.
- Good analytical skills.
- Strong Communication Skills with fluent English speaking ability.
- Trained on ITIL framework.
- Flexible to support on weekends (in exceptional cases only).
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in achieving common goals.
- ERP Functional knowledge.
- Experience in following Oracle EBS modules will be added advantage:
- Oracle Territory Management
- Oracle Resource Management
- Oracle Incentive Compensation
- SAP/HANA Experience
- SOLR/Angular JS
- Hadoop, Hive
- Cassandra and Tableau
- Oracle E-Business Suite, SalesForce, Custom Java apps
- Operational Support Experience on BPEL, SOA Services Interfaces, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher Reports
