- Support for Operational Engineering, Equipment Team, and Facility Management.
- Coordination and concept development for maintenance schedule of semi- and fully automated filling, assembly and packaging machines for the biotech industry.
- Creation of new and review of existing maintenance plans (e.g. in SAP-PM) in alignment with executive engineers to increase machines’ and overall production’s performance.
- Management of spare part depot for production machines and equipment in all relevant steps: Research, purchase request and order of spare parts and monitoring of spare part stock.
- Conduction and reporting of cost controlling of maintenance and facility activities and resources on a regular basis.
- Establishment and reporting of statistical analyses (e.g. Key Performance Indicators) of down-times of production machines to indicate weak points to approach performance improvement projects.
- Industrial economics and administrative skills.
- Fluent language skills in German and English.
- Interest and ambition in technical troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in word and writing.
- Self-reliant and structured working.
- SAP knowledge (optional).
- Excellent communication skills at all business levels.
- Customer focus.
